Location: Hitchin Road, Arlesey, SG15 6RS

Hours: Full Time 42 hours per week (Monday to Sunday, alternating weekends, rota basis)

Pay: £12.71 – £13.21 per hour (depending on qualifications)

About the Service

Hitchin Road is a 7-bed Supported Living service supporting adult males and females with autism, learning disabilities, mental health conditions and challenging behaviours. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills, and achieve their personal goals. People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, including cinema, football, baking and cycling, helping them to stay engaged, active and connected.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you’ll empower adults with learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health needs to live life their way. You’ll:

  • Support independence and personal goals
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
  • Assist with daily life activities, for example cooking, shopping and social outings
  • Provide personal care and support with health and wellbeing
  • Follow clear processes and individual care plans to ensure we provide safe and consistent support
