Role Overview
Reporting to the Technical Delivery Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and enhancing our cybersecurity and IT infrastructure. You’ll manage cyber incidents, improve system infrastructure, and drive strategic technology improvements in collaboration with key partners. You have strong technical skills, the ability to understand business requirements, and the capability to deliver high‑quality solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Your Responsibilities
- Cyber Incident Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for cyber incidents within ivolve.
- Assess risks, develop strategies, and execute response processes effectively.
- Review cyber alerts and conduct regular data analysis to identify threats and vulnerabilities.
- EUC Platform Management
- Plan and implement enhancements across our M365 EUC Platform, improving performance and security.
- Implement autopilot, compliance, conditional access, defender for endpoint, and configuration profile policies.
- Ensure best practices for Windows Updates are being adhered to.
- Oversee device authentication, SSO, MFA, and privileged identity management.
- Make decisions and approve changes related to the M365 environment.
- Oversee migration processes and manage different builds/applications.
- Drive automation via PowerShell scripting.
- Develop technical documentation and knowledge‑base articles to help drive continuous improvement and efficiency in service delivery.
- IT Support
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution for complex IT issues across the EUC environment.
- Act as an escalation point for critical incidents and technical challenges.
- Ensure system stability, performance tuning, and proactive maintenance.
- Work with cross‑functional teams to implement new technologies and upgrades.

- Proven experience in cyber incident management and IT infrastructure.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience in network, tenant, and infrastructure management.
- Proficiency in M365 administration and migration processes, specifically:
- Intune
- Entra (Azure AD)
- Defender and Security Baselines
- Intune App wrapping/application deployment
- PowerShell scripting
- Microsoft native & 3rd party Migration tools (Quest, SkyKick, AvePoint, etc.)
