Main duties of the job:
- Overseeing the implementation of Strive across our services - our positive support model.
- Supervising and supporting our PBS Practitioners.
- Collaborating with the Regional Leadership Team to improve the experience of the people we support and our colleagues.
- Delivering Active Support and PBS training and monitoring the outcome and impact of this.
- Providing high quality best practice approaches to support the achievement of person centred goals for the people we support.
- Working with services to reduce the use of restrictive practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team with excellent communication skills.

- Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis or Positive Behaviour Support.
- BCBA or UKBA(cert).
- Registration with UK‑SBA (or willingness to register).
- At least 1 years experience working in social care.
- Skilled in developing Positive Behaviour Support plans and interventions to increase skills and reduce behaviours of concern.
- Familiarity with working with multi‑disciplinary teams and balancing the differing views of stakeholders.
