St Albans Nursing Home is looking for an experienced Deputy Clinical Manager to join our dedicated team and help shape the future of care for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

About the Role
As Deputy Clinical Manager, you’ll work closely with the Home Manager to:
- Lead and motivate a passionate care team
- Uphold CIW and RISCA regulations
- Ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care
- Promote a positive culture where both staff and residents thrive
- Support in managing resources, compliance, and clinical excellence
What We\’re Looking For
- You must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid and active NMC pin
- Proven leadership experience in a care setting
- Experience supporting adults with complex needs
- Strong knowledge of CIW and RISCA regulations
- A values-driven approach to care and team development
- Passion for person-centred care and quality improvement
