The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 ÂŁ per year.
You’ll support adults with a range of needs such as learning disabilities, autism, ABI and mental health. You’ll help them flourish in a place they call home, empower them to be ambitious and live fulfilled lives. You’ll give high‑quality, tailored support, doing activities like cooking, art or listening to music and taking them out for movie nights and food outings. You’ll provide personal care, including continence support; health and medication needs; handling personal possessions, finances and documents; and shopping, to maintain good levels of personal and environmental hygiene. You’ll follow our procedures to ensure consistent, safe and reliable care and support.
Essential
- Good general education
- Honesty, reliability, trustworthiness and a passion to make a difference
- Commitment to the aims and objectives of the home and of Ivolve
- Satisfactory Police Check and check against the ISA List (where applicable)
- A commitment to undertake training and development
Desirable
- RQF Level 2 or above in social care
- Previous experience within a social care setting
- Knowledge and commitment regarding Equal Opportunities
