Role Description
This is a full-time, multi-site role for an Area Operations Manager based in Reading for the Itsu brand. The Area Operations Manager will oversee multiple Itsu restaurant operations, ensuring consistent implementation of company standards, providing leadership to store managers, and driving operational excellence. Responsibilities include monitoring key performance metrics, managing budgets, addressing operational challenges, coaching teams, and maintaining compliance with company policies and local regulations. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and to achieve business growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and ability to coach and develop store managers.
- Experience in operations management, performance analysis, and process improvement.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, and quality assurance within a multi-unit environment.
