Machine Operator in Preston

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring the smooth and efficient running of machines.
• Assure that enough raw materials are fed into the machines.
• Ensure that the labels match with the sticker on the RMX drum before starting the job.
• Feeding caps into the bowl cap feeder and spot-check the caps for missing tips.
• Flushing the liquid delivery pipes in the machines with the PG and flushing the new flvours before starting the filling.
• Carrying out weekly deep cleaning.
• Gaining a thorough knowledge of a machinery and how it works.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Problem solving &decision making
• Able to follow instructions and production schedules
• Able to act quickly when a problem arises

Please note:

• Hours may vary depending on business requirements. You may be asked to work additional hours on weekends.
• This is a Zero Hour Contract, we cannot guarantee any specific amount of hours.
