E-Liquid Mixing Supervisor – IVG – I Vape Great Premium E-Liquids

Purpose: The Mixing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the mixing process in the production facility to ensure the accurate and efficient blending of raw materials according to production specifications. This role involves supervising the mixing team, ensuring quality control standards are met, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The Mixing Supervisor will also monitor equipment performance, ensure adherence to production schedules, and implement continuous improvement practices to optimize production efficiency and product quality. The goal is to ensure that all products are mixed correctly, safely, and on time, contributing to overall production goals and customer satisfaction.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Create Transfer Orders by using ERP system as per required mixing plan.
• Verify the delivered stock against the control sheets and transfer orders.
• Return all the excess or remaining Liquid Raw Material to RM department once all the jobs are completed.
• Incorporate the consumed quantities of Liquid Raw Material in the BOM journals and post them when the return process is completed.
• Ensure the mixing processes are held according to the mixing plan.
• Daily / monthly Mixing Production Report sent to line manager.
• Check that all raw materials are available to complete the mixing plan on a daily basis.
• Place the Liquid Raw Material order on a weekly basis.
• Place a purchase requisition for all consumables (including PPE, hair/beard net, shoe covers, gloves, washing items, etc.).
• Liaise with RM department to ensure ERP stock is physically available in the warehouse.
• Ensure that all liquids are QC approved and tested by the Nicotine Testing Machine (GC Machine) before sending to the bottling department.
• Maintain confidentiality across the mixing department and control sheets.
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure all equipment is in working order.
• Raise a ticket to the maintenance team if repairs or fixing is needed.
• Ensure all drums/buckets are available for mixing jobs.
• Liaise with R&D regarding current flavours and new launch recipes.
• Create rota as per production plan.
• Adhere strictly to all health and safety standards and clean room protocols.
• Train and guide staff to be confident in the E‑Liquid working process.
• Maintain hygiene in and out of the mixing lab.
• Complete any ad‑hoc tasks given by the line manager.

Role Requirements

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• IT skills: Excel, Word.
• Experience using ERP systems is preferable; training will be provided.
• Understanding of financial and waste management processes.
• Workforce and workload planning and scheduling abilities.
