Iveshead School is seeking an Emotional Literacy Support Assistant (ELSA) to join our pastoral team and support students' emotional wellbeing and personal development. Working with the SENDCO and pastoral staff, you will provide targeted SEMH support, help remove barriers to learning and contribute to a caring, inclusive school environment.
The role requires a certified ELSA or willingness to train, experience with children in secondary settings, strong confidentiality and safeguarding.
