Are you an experienced, sales driven, and commercially focused Business Director who is keen to join a growing business? Do you have proven experience with new business development, increasing sales and expanding a customer base? They are looking for a like-minded, results-driven Business Director to join them on their growth trajectory. This is a superb opportunity and time to join the business – with a strong project pipeline and with very real ambition for very healthy growth.

Reporting directly to the Owners, you will be responsible for managing the office team, demonstrating strong leadership and clear direction. Strong man management and interpersonal skills are a must for success in this role. You will be commercially minded and have proven experience in building and winning new customers, hitting targets and developing existing relationships. A strong background within sales and customer service is key.

The role requires someone with strong business acumen, who can partner with the Directors and be a key member of the Leadership Team, and be instrumental in supporting the business on its growth journey. This is a great opportunity for someone who is keen to be able to have a genuine impact on the growth and future of the business. You will be able to reap the rewards as the business grows and be able to build your team accordingly.
