This is a full-time, on-site Solicitor role with opportunities across our offices in Kimberley, Plumtree, Keyworth, Ruddington in Nottingham, and Rainham in Kent. We are looking for Solicitors from NQ to 3PQE+ to join our growing teams across residential conveyancing, commercial conveyancing, and private client work.

The Solicitor will manage a varied caseload, providing clear legal advice to clients, drafting and reviewing documents, progressing matters efficiently, and ensuring a high standard of client service. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Taking client instructions
  • Preparing correspondence and legal documents
  • Liaising with clients and third parties
  • Maintaining accurate case files
  • Working closely with colleagues and support staff

Qualifications

  • Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executives (SRA, CLC & CiLEX) in England and Wales with a current practising certificate, or eligibility to obtain one.
  • NQ to 3PQE+ experience, although more experienced candidates are also welcome to apply.
  • Experience or strong interest in residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new builds, and leasehold/freehold matters.
  • Experience or strong interest in commercial conveyancing, including leases, acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, and landlord and tenant matters.
  • Experience or strong interest in private client work, including wills, LPAs, estate administration, trusts, inheritance tax planning, and related matters.
  • Strong grounding in law with the ability to provide accurate, practical, and client-focused legal advice.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in an office-based team.
  • Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, continuous professional development, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • A proactive, professional, and team-oriented approach, with an interest in building long-term client relationships.
