Ives & Co Solicitors is growing, and we are looking for experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitors or Licensed Conveyancers to join our friendly, ambitious team across our Nottinghamshire and Kent offices. This is an opportunity to join a modern, approachable firm with a strong reputation for client service, teamwork, and high-quality legal work.

You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Right to Buy transactions
  • New build purchases
  • Shared ownership matters
  • Transfers of equity
  • Remortgages

We are looking for someone who is client-focused, organised, proactive, and able to deliver a smooth, stress-free service for clients. We are looking for:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with 1+ years PQE
  • Strong residential conveyancing experience
  • Ability to manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to support the team
  • Pride in delivering great service for clients
