Ives & Co Solicitors is growing, and we are looking for experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitors or Licensed Conveyancers to join our friendly, ambitious team across our Nottinghamshire and Kent offices. You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Right to Buy transactions
- New build purchases
- Shared ownership matters
- Transfers of equity
- Remortgages
We are looking for someone who is client-focused, organised, proactive, and able to deliver a smooth, stress-free service for clients.
