Ives & Co Solicitors is looking for an experienced Commercial Solicitor to join our growing team in Nottinghamshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor who can run a varied caseload independently while working as part of a supportive, down-to-earth team.

You will handle a range of commercial matters from start to finish, including:

  • Commercial property
  • Business sales and purchases
  • Commercial leases
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Refinancing and secured lending
  • General commercial advice

We are looking for someone who combines technical capability with strong client care, commercial judgement, and a practical approach.

  • Qualified Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer with 3+ years PQE
  • Strong commercial and/or commercial property experience
  • Proven ability to manage a varied caseload independently
