About iVerify
We are Experts in Mobile Threat Hunting. The first mobile threat hunting company to protect mobile devices like any other vulnerable corporate endpoint. The mobile security market has a problem. Simply put, current solutions fail to meet the sophistication of modern threats or the growing privacy desires of mobile device users. We believe that it is time for something new. Not only because we care deeply about the safety of frontline users like journalists and activists - many of whom are doing important and often dangerous work - but because enterprises and consumers deserve real protection from advanced mobile threats without sacrificing privacy.
We are building the first mobile threat hunting company to harmonize security and privacy in the face of a new class of mobile threats. Supported by some of the most well-respected VC firms, we aim to become the go-to mobile security solution for individuals who want to know they can trust their devices with their most sensitive information – without sacrificing privacy.
About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to design, build, and scale integrations between the iVerify platform and our enterprise customers’ ecosystems, including MDMs, SIEMs, XDR, SOAR tools, identity providers, and incident management platforms. This is a highly cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of engineering, customer success, and enterprise architecture. You’ll work closely with the product and platform teams to ensure our integrations, APIs, and deployment tooling are enterprise-ready, secure, and easy to adopt.
You’ll also be hands‑on, developing and maintaining SDKs, REST APIs, and automation scripts, contributing to platform documentation, and supporting customers and partners as they integrate iVerify into their environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Integration Development: Design, build, and maintain integrations between iVerify and third-party systems such as:
- MDMs (e.g., Microsoft Intune, Jamf, Kandji, Workspace ONE)
- SIEMs and SOAR platforms (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar, Chronicle, Cortex XSOAR)
- XDR solutions (e.g., Microsoft Defender XDR, CrowdStrike Falcon, Palo Alto Cortex XDR, SentinelOne Singularity, Trend Vision One)
- Identity and SSO platforms (e.g., Okta, Entra ID, Google Workspace, PingFederate)
- Ticketing and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, PagerDuty)
- API & SDK Development: Contribute to the design and implementation of iVerify’s customer-facing API, SDKs, and reference integrations. Ensure consistency, scalability, and clear documentation.
- Scalability & Reliability: Architect integrations that scale across thousands of devices and large enterprise deployments, ensuring reliability, performance, and fault tolerance.
- Customer Enablement: Collaborate with enterprise customers and partners to understand their environments, troubleshoot integration issues, and propose technical solutions.
- Documentation & Developer Experience: Contribute to internal and public-facing documentation, developer guides, and API references to ensure customers and partners can easily integrate with iVerify.
- Security & Compliance: Design integrations with a strong focus on identity, access control, and data privacy. Collaborate with the platform and security teams to ensure adherence to enterprise security standards.
- Collaboration with Product & Engineering: Work closely with the platform, data, and mobile engineering teams to align integration capabilities with product strategy and customer needs.
Day-to-Day Activities
- Build, test, and maintain high-quality integration code in Python and other relevant languages.
- Develop RESTful APIs and SDKs to simplify customer and partner integrations.
- Review and interpret third-party API documentation to design robust data exchange flows.
- Build and manage webhook, event, and data sync frameworks between systems.
- Work with customers’ technical teams to deploy and validate integrations in staging and production environments.
- Establish monitoring and error-handling strategies for integrations at scale.
- Develop reusable integration patterns and frameworks to accelerate future partnerships.
- Contribute to internal tooling that supports deployment, observability, and operational automation.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in integration engineering, solutions engineering, or API development roles.
- Strong Python development skills and experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and authentication standards (OAuth2, JWT, API keys).
- Hands‑on experience using Postman (or similar tools) for API design, testing, and validation, including environment setup, collections, and automated test scripts.
- Proven experience designing and maintaining scalable integrations with MDMs, SIEMs, SOAR, or identity platforms.
- Strong understanding of enterprise authentication, SSO, and provisioning workflows (SCIM, SAML, OIDC).
- Ability to read and implement from vendor API documentation with minimal guidance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and customer‑first mindset.
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with product, engineering, and customer success teams.
