We’re looking for a talented Software Engineer who is ready to take ownership of features, dive deep into complex technical challenges, and level up their expertise. This is a role for an independent, driven engineer who has mastered the fundamentals and is now eager to own small-to-medium front-end features from technical design all the way to launch.
Working collaboratively across product, QA, and design teams, you’ll deliver high-quality, fully-tested software iteratively. Taking the lead on designing, building, and launching small-to-medium front-end features with minimal supervision.
Collaborative Building: Working closely with product managers, QAs, designers, and fellow engineers to turn beautiful designs into usable, high-performance user experiences. Participating actively in code reviews, technical planning, and discussions to ensure our codebase remains clean, maintainable, and stable. Engaging with AI technologies and emerging processes to optimise front-end workflows as iVendi shifts towards AI driven product development.
Quality & Stability: Writing robust unit and integration tests, maintaining existing services, and contributing to technical documentation. You have a strong foundation in modern front-end development and a genuine passion for self-improvement.
Financial & Future: Competitive salary, a 7% matched pension contribution, and a life assurance scheme. Private healthcare and wellbeing support through Vitality.
Time Off: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (with the option to buy or sell up to 5 days), plus your birthday day off. A friendly, supportive, and inclusive environment where people’s voices genuinely matter, backed by dedicated learning and development support to help you grow.
