This is a role for an energetic, relationship-driven professional who loves commercial ownership and is motivated by driving mutual growth. You will be the voice of iVendi for our partners, ensuring they get maximum value from our cutting-edge product range while identifying key opportunities to expand our contract footprint. If you are a proactive communicator who thrives on hitting commercial milestones and building lasting partnerships, this is your chance to make a massive impact in a thriving sector.

The Role Will Involve:

  • Relationship Management: Acting as the primary commercial contact for our leisure and motorcycle dealer networks, ensuring exceptionally high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
  • Strategic Growth: Driving P&L growth across your portfolio by identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the iVendi product ecosystem.
  • Business Development: Proactively expanding our footprint by securing new monthly dealer contracts and onboarding platform leads.
  • High-Impact Activity: Maintaining a highly active, structured daily presence—spending dedicated time each day engaging directly with partners via phone, video, and outreach to drive value.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working alongside internal teams to ensure your dealers have the tools, training, and support they need to succeed.

About You

You are a highly motivated account management or business development professional who loves the buzz of hitting targets and growing accounts. You are a natural communicator, comfortable managing varied dealer stakeholders, and you pride yourself on your structured, proactive work ethic. Whether you have a background in automotive, leisure, software-as-a-service (SaaS), or a related motorbike experience, you have a proven track record of converting meaningful conversations into business growth.

Why Join iVendi?

  • Financial & Future: Competitive salary, a 7% matched pension contribution, and a life assurance scheme.
  • Health & Wellbeing: Private healthcare and wellbeing support through Vitality.
  • Time Off: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (with the option to buy or sell up to 5 days), plus your birthday day off.
  • Culture & Growth: A friendly, supportive, and inclusive environment where people’s voices genuinely matter, backed by dedicated learning and development support to help you grow.
