Want to shape how the UK buys cars? iVendi Pay brings deposits, balances and add-on payments into one place for vehicle retailers. We're looking for a Product Manager to lead where it goes next and make it effortless for dealers to adopt.
About iVendi
Since 2009, iVendi has been building the technology that powers the automotive sale, from first click to funded deal. Our platform brings automotive e-commerce and finance together in one ecosystem, and we were the UK's first automotive technology specialist to offer multi-lender pre-approval early in the buying journey.
Today we're trusted by over 2,000 dealers, 28 lenders and 150 third-party providers across the UK, and more than £1.9 billion in vehicle sales ran through our platform in 2025. Alongside our core finance platform, we're investing heavily in what comes next: iVendi Pay, Finance Navigator, the MCN motorcycle marketplace, and AIDAN, our upcoming AI-powered digital sales assistant.
The Role
iVendi Pay lets dealers manage deposits, balances, value-added products and servicing payments in one place, while giving customers flexible ways to pay. The product has strong foundations and real momentum. Now it needs someone to own its direction.
As Product Manager, you'll lead and shape the iVendi Pay roadmap, deciding what we build, why, and in what order. Just as importantly, you'll focus on how it lands with customers: removing friction from onboarding and implementation so dealers get up and running quickly and see value fast. Great product isn't just what ships, it's what gets adopted.
Key Responsibilities
- Roadmap Leadership: Lead and shape the product vision and roadmap for iVendi Pay, balancing commercial goals, customer needs and technical realities.
- Prioritisation & Delivery: Turn strategy into clear requirements and well-prioritised backlogs, working closely with engineering to deliver high-quality, scalable product.
- Frictionless Implementation: Own the dealer onboarding and implementation experience, identifying what slows adoption and designing it out of the product and process.
- Customer Insight: Spend time with dealers and internal teams to understand real workflows and pain points, and use that insight to drive decisions.
- Measuring Success: Define and track the metrics that matter, including adoption, time to go-live, usage and customer satisfaction.
- Partner Integrations: Work with payment providers and platform partners to expand what iVendi Pay can do.
- Cross-functional Alignment: Partner with Sales, Client Services and Marketing so the roadmap, implementation and go-to-market move together.
About You
You're a product manager who thinks beyond the release. You know a roadmap is only as good as the adoption behind it, and you get as much satisfaction from a smooth customer go-live as from shipping a feature. You understand how payment products work and integrate, ideally with hands‑on Stripe experience, and you're comfortable explaining technical trade‑offs to commercial teams. You use data to make decisions, not to justify them.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS, B2B software or fintech environment.
- Track record of owning and shaping a product roadmap, not just managing a backlog.
- Experience delivering payment, checkout or transaction-based products.
- A clear focus on customer adoption, with experience improving onboarding or implementation journeys.
- Strong analytical skills, using data and customer insight to guide prioritisation.
- Experience working in agile environments alongside dedicated engineering teams.
- Hands‑on experience with Stripe or similar payment platforms.
- Experience in automotive technology, motor finance or e-commerce retail.
Interview Process
We want to get to know the real you. Our streamlined, transparent process looks like this:
Telephone Screening: A conversation to understand your situation, aspirations and what matters to you, plus an introduction to iVendi and the role.
First Interview (Zoom): A conversational session where we dig deeper into the role and see if we're a good fit for each other.
Second Interview: A structured session with competency-based questions and the chance to walk us through a product you've shaped, how you set its direction and how you drove adoption with customers.
What We Offer
Flexible & Remote Working: Remote-first setup with a monthly allowance towards home office utilities and broadband.
Annual Leave: 25 days paid holiday plus 8 public holidays, a birthday day off, and the option to buy or sell up to 5 days each year.
