Do you love experimenting with new ideas, testing what works, and seeing your marketing efforts make a real impact? We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team and help shape the next chapter of our brand story. This is a hands-on role where you’ll create engaging content, manage campaigns in HubSpot, and bring fresh energy to our digital marketing activity. What you’ll be doing
- You’ll work closely with our VP of Marketing to plan, create, and deliver multi-channel campaigns that reach, engage, and convert our audience.
- Create and send email campaigns – from concept and copy to build and automation in HubSpot.
- Write and publish blogs and social content that build awareness and engagement.
- Manage and grow our social channels – mainly LinkedIn, with a little Instagram sprinkled in.
- Maintain and optimise HubSpot workflows, lists, and automations to keep our marketing engine running smoothly.
- Support campaign delivery across content, email, and social – ensuring everything aligns with brand tone and business goals.
- Analyse performance across channels and suggest smart improvements based on data.
- Stay curious – bring fresh ideas, explore trends, and try new approaches to keep our content relevant and exciting.
What we’re looking for
