Care Navigator — Primary Health Access in Letchworth

Ivel Medical Centre in Biggleswade is hiring two Care Navigators to join our multidisciplinary team. You will assess patient needs at first contact and direct them to the most appropriate clinician or service, ensuring access to the right care at the right time.

This part-time role (30 hours/week) involves triage, signposting to NHS or community services, managing online consultations, and supporting patients with digital tools. GCSE English and good IT skills (SystmOne) are essential.
