ivee is an AI upskilling and hiring platform closing the AI adoption gap. We train non-technical teams to actually use AI tools in their day-to-day work, and we place AI-fluent talent into companies that need to move faster.
We’re also the UK Government’s primary AI upskilling events partner, and recently raised a $1M seed round backed by Techstars, angels from Balderton, Microsoft AI, and Steven Bartlett.
We’re looking for a freelance, commission-only recruiter to build high-quality shortlists for client roles. We’ve built an internal AI system that scans a talent pool of 100,000+ candidates and surfaces strong matches instantly.
- Run ivee’s AI matching system to generate an initial shortlist
- Speak to top candidates to assess quality and fit (quick “vibe-check” calls)
- Deliver a clean, high-quality shortlist to the client
You will not be booking interviews or managing full-cycle recruitment.
- Recent experience placing AI-fluent or technical talent
- Strong judgement on candidate quality and fit
- AI fluent - you are using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or similar to move faster is expected
- No cold start - access to a large, active talent pool
- AI does the heavy lifting - you focus on decisions, not admin
- If you’re fast, commercial, and AI-native, you’ll do very well.
