Company Description: Fast-scaling consumer brand.
As Social Media Executive, you’ll take the reins on strategy, content, and community. You’ll own channels across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and beyond — building a presence that’s bold, on-brand, and built for growth. You’ll work closely with marketing and creative teams, and have space to experiment, test, and go viral (on purpose).
Responsibilities
- Create and execute social strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts)
- Plan and produce scroll-stopping content (in-house or with creators/agencies)
- Manage the content calendar — from daily posts to larger campaigns
- Track performance and tweak strategy based on what’s working
- Build and nurture community — engaging with comments, DMs, trends, and creators
- Use AI tools to speed up content ideation, repurposing, and scheduling
- Spot new trends and channel opportunities early
What we’re looking for
- 1+ years managing social media channels for brands (agency or in-house)
- Experience growing audiences and engagement — you’ve got results to show
- Creative instinct, sharp copywriting, and a strong eye for what works
- Comfort behind and in front of the camera (bonus if you’ve managed UGC or creators)
- You know what good looks like — but aren’t afraid to test, learn, and try new things
- Bonus: experience with AI content tools (e.g. caption generators, scheduling assistants)
