Company Description: Rapidly scaling B2B SaaS company. This company is scaling fast and needs a sales leader who can turn momentum into revenue.
As Sales Manager, you’ll drive the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to closing and post-sale handoff — while helping shape the go-to-market motion as they grow. You’ll manage a small team, work closely with founders, and play a critical role in the company’s next phase of expansion.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and grow the sales pipeline across key verticals
- Build and lead a small team of SDRs or AEs as needed
- Run outbound and inbound sales motions, refining pitch and process along the way
- Collaborate with marketing on demand generation and campaign strategy
- Use CRM and sales analytics to track performance, optimise efforts, and report to leadership
- Help evolve pricing, positioning, and product feedback loops
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or tech-enabled services
- Proven track record of hitting (and exceeding) sales targets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — confident in a pitch, calm in negotiation
- CRM fluency (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and data-led decision-making
- Some experience managing or mentoring junior sales reps
- Bonus: familiarity with using AI sales tools (e.g. AI notetakers, outreach automation, analytics)
- You care about building relationships, not just closing deals
