How to prepare for a job interview at Ivee

✨Know Your Partnerships Inside Out

Before the interview, dive deep into the types of partnerships the company has previously engaged in. Familiarise yourself with their brand collaborations, influencer strategies, and any B2B alliances. This will not only show your genuine interest but also help you discuss how you can contribute to their growth.

✨Showcase Your Negotiation Skills

Prepare examples of past negotiations where you achieved a win-win outcome. Be ready to discuss your approach to negotiating terms and contracts, as this role heavily relies on your ability to secure beneficial partnerships. Highlighting your success stories will demonstrate your capability in this area.

✨Be Data-Driven

Since tracking performance is key, come prepared with insights on how you've used data to optimise partnerships in the past. Discuss specific metrics you’ve tracked, like engagement and conversions, and how you adjusted strategies based on those results. This will show that you’re not just creative but also analytical.

✨Demonstrate Your Communication Style

As a Partnerships Manager, clear and confident communication is crucial. Practice articulating your thoughts on potential partnership ideas and how you would pitch them. You might even want to prepare a mock pitch for a hypothetical collaboration to showcase your skills during the interview.
