Who we are

ivee is an AI training and AI automations startup based in Shoreditch. We exist to help non‑technical teams actually adopt AI. Our north star is simple: no‑one should get left behind as AI changes the way we work. We were recently called the "hottest startup in London" by Sifted. Our clients include Lucky Saint, Red Bull, and Virgin Media. We've been named the UK Government's primary AI upskilling events partner and have trained over 1,000 teams. We recently closed a $1M seed round backed by Steven Bartlett and partners at Microsoft AI, Balderton Capital, and Dawn Capital.

We move fast, we have high ownership, and we're led by cofounders Amelia Miller (Cambridge Fellow) and Lydia Miller (ex‑Deloitte Ventures) – both recently named Forbes 30 Under 30 for ivee's social impact mission. We're young, hungry, and just getting started.

The opportunity

This is not a role where you'll be handed a pipeline and told to work it. There's no manager above you who's done this job before and there's no process waiting for you to follow. You'll be working directly alongside Amelia and Lydia – and that means thinking like a founder from day one. You'll see a gap, form a view, and act on it. You'll make calls that matter. You'll build the growth engine from scratch, own the results, and shape how ivee goes to market as we scale. If you want a brief to execute, this isn't the right role for you. The founders are looking for a sparring partner who can bring ideas to the table, and execute them with pzazz.

What you'll own

  • The entire B2B growth funnel – from first touch to signed deal, start to finish
  • Cold outreach that converts – calls, emails, LinkedIn, direct approaches
  • B2B events – running them and attending them
  • New growth levers – partnerships, referrals, communities, content – you'll find them
  • The go‑to‑market motion itself – built with the founders, owned by you
  • Being data‑driven with your decisions. If something flops it's gone, if something flies we double down.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years in a growth or commercial role at a seed to Series A startup
  • You've built pipeline from zero – cold outreach, event hustle, the unglamorous early work
  • You have instincts about what moves the needle and the conviction to back them
  • You think like an owner, not an operator – you set the direction as much as you execute it
  • You're genuinely fluent in AI – using it daily, building with it, not just aware of it. We're talking building AI automations, using agentic tools effectively, NOT sounding like anything has been written with AI. We are allergic to manual work at ivee.
  • You thrive without a safety net and find ambiguity energising, not stressful
  • You are confident at bringing ideas forward. This is not a role for someone who doesn't speak up.

A note on AI fluency - this is non‑negotiable

ivee is an AI‑first company. We expect everyone on the team to use AI as a genuine multiplier, not just using the chat function. AI fluency will be assessed multiple times during the hiring process. If you're not already building workflows, experimenting with tools, and thinking hard about what AI makes possible, this probably isn't the right fit.
