About the RoleThis is a role for anyone with energy and passion for startups that wants to be part of a fast-growing startup in London.

We\’re VC‐backed, with epic angel investors including Steven Bartlett and ex‐LinkedIn operators. This is a once‐in‐a‐lifetime role for anyone that wants to learn the ropes at a startup, learn directly from the founders, and maybe even go on to found your own company.

We need someone who\’s as OBSESSED with people as they are with data and AI.

You\’ll work directly alongside the founders to help with our B2C arm—helping individuals upskill on AI tools to land jobs and advance in their careers.

Key Responsibilities

Craft email flows to engage and convert our B2C audience

Leverage AI content tools like ElevenLabs to create compelling materials

Run B2C events such as in‐person hackathons

Help with social media strategy and filming alongside our social media manager

Requirements

High level of AI fluency – you understand AI and keep on top of tools. You can build agents to automate your workflows and save time

2+ years experience at a startup (plus if you have previously been in a Founder\’s Associate role)

Energy and passion that\’s infectious

Willingness to get scrappy and try wacky ideas

You LOVE uncertainty – this job looks different every day
