The operations manager will build and maintain the systems, processes, and infrastructure that allow ivee to scale efficiently - from programme delivery and client onboarding to internal tooling and team coordination. You will work across every part of the business, identifying inefficiencies, designing better ways of working, and making sure the day-to-day runs smoothly. - Design, document, and optimise core business processes across delivery, sales, and operations.
- Identify bottlenecks across the business and implement scalable solutions.
- Support financial operations including forecasting, reporting, and vendor management.
- Act as the central point of coordination across teams and projects.
