ivee trains non-technical teams to actually use AI, not just sit through a session about it. Our clients include Lucky Saint, Red Bull, and Virgin Media. We're the UK Government's primary AI upskilling events partner and we recently raised a $1M seed round backed by Techstars, with angels from Balderton, Microsoft AI, and Steven Bartlett.
THE ROLE
You've sold in education before, so you already understand the mindset of someone trying to improve themselves. You know the difference between a conversation that feels supportive and one that feels like a pitch. That distinction matters here.
We have 10,000 warm leads who've already engaged with our AI upskilling content. They're interested. They just need someone decent to talk to them. That's the job. Paid two-week trial to start. We're building something and we want the right people in the room. Performance matters, but so does how you show up. Get both right and there's a long runway here.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Work a warm pipeline of leads, have thoughtful conversations, and convert them into programme enrolments.
- Handle objections naturally, read where someone is in their thinking, and close without it feeling like one.
- Feed back what you're hearing too: what's resonating, what's giving people pause, where the real opportunities sit.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience selling courses, programmes, or services into the education sector, with results to back it up.
- You're a natural on the phone. Conversations come easily and people warm to you quickly.
- You also need to be a regular AI user. Not a developer, just someone who already has it in their workflow and can talk about the value of AI education with real enthusiasm. If you're still unconvinced about AI, this probably isn't a fit.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Strong conversion from a warm pipeline, with learners who felt well-served by the process, not just signed up. You hit your numbers without losing the human side of it.
