Who we are
ivee is an AI training and automations startup based in Shoreditch. We exist to help non-technical teams actually adopt AI. Our north star is simple: no-one should get left behind as AI changes the way we work.
The opportunity
This is the person who stands at the front of the room - or the screen - and makes AI click for people. You'll run ivee's training programmes: taking participants from "I don't really use AI" to genuinely capable, confident, and building with it. You'll host sessions, shape content, and move fast to respond to what's working and what's not.
What you'll own
- Delivering ivee's training programmes - the Core AI Programme, Claude Cowork Programme, and more, to both individuals and enterprise clients.
- Programme administration: registrations, feedback, follow-up emails, content iteration.
- Building new training programmes from scratch - based on what's in demand, what participants are asking for, and what's emerging in the AI landscape.
- Creating recorded educational content - video walkthroughs, tutorials, and explainers - in collaboration with our Social Media Manager, Abbie.
What we're looking for
- Confident, engaging facilitator - you hold a room, you make complex things simple, and people leave your sessions fired up.
- Genuinely fluent in AI - not just ChatGPT prompts, but tools, workflows, and agentic systems.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and pace - programmes will change, new topics will emerge, and priorities will shift.
- Organised enough to manage the admin without it slipping - registrations, feedback loops, follow-ups.
- Curious and opinionated about what good AI education looks like.
A note on AI fluency - this is non-negotiable. ivee is an AI-first company. We expect everyone on the team to use AI as a genuine multiplier. AI fluency will be assessed during the hiring process.
Why ivee, why now
We're operating at the centre of one of the most important shifts in the global economy - and the traction speaks for itself. This is a rare opportunity to shape how people actually learn to work with AI, at one of London's fastest-growing startups.
