We're looking for an AI-fluent educator to design and deliver world-class learning experiences for the AI era. You'll be responsible for designing and delivering content quickly. This is a freelance contractor position, open to remote applicants (UK timezone preferred).
About ivee: ivee is an AI upskilling platform focused on closing the AI adoption gap. We train non-technical teams on AI tools and workflows so they actually use them. Clients include Lucky Saint, Red Bull, and Virgin Media. We're the UK Government's primary AI upskilling events partner and recently raised a $1M seed round backed by Techstars and angels from Balderton, Microsoft AI, and Steven Bartlett.
The role involves building and running online learning programmes that help people actually use AI at work, not just understand it in theory. We need someone who can design the content, deliver it live with energy, record polished asynchronous modules, and create new sessions when the AI landscape shifts.
What you'll do:
- Design and deliver live sessions: Lead live virtual training sessions on AI tools, workflows, and practical applications. Adapt on the fly to cater to both beginners and power users in the same cohort. Bring real energy across a full session.
- Build course content from scratch: Design programme structures and session flows that take learners from confused to confident. Write clear, engaging content that doesn't require a script to deliver well.
- Record pre-recorded modules: Produce bite-sized asynchronous content that lands without a live audience. Maintain quality and energy on camera whether live or recorded.
- Stay current and ship fast: When a major AI product drops or updates, have a new session ready within days. Track the AI tool landscape actively.
- Use AI to build better learning: Use AI tools to support content creation, research, and session preparation.
What we need from you:
- You use AI tools daily and know the landscape well.
- You have experience teaching, training, or coaching people and know how to make things accessible.
- You possess a genuine on-camera presence that engages viewers.
- You can structure and write course content yourself.
- You can quickly prepare sessions when something new drops.
- AI fluency is mandatory; experience with no-code automation tools is a strong plus.
What success looks like:
- At least one live programme designed and delivered.
- A library of pre-recorded modules ready for asynchronous learners.
- A process for turning around new sessions within 72 hours of a major product update.
- Learner feedback that shows people are learning and changing how they work.
Why this role?
- Direct line to founders.
- Build a core part of what ivee is known for.
- Opportunity to extend into a longer-term role.
