Job Description:
We are partnering with a forward-thinking professional services firm seeking a Client Relationship Manager on a part-time, fully remote basis. This role is perfect for a commercially-minded relationship expert who thrives on converting warm leads, growing existing accounts, and building long-term client relationships.
What you’ll do:
- Drive growth from both new and existing B2B client relationships.
- Shape and implement a Client Relationship Management (CRM) strategy aligned with brand values.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client relationships.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery, coordinating with internal teams.
- Plan and manage client engagement initiatives, including events and feedback loops.
- Monitor client satisfaction and retention metrics, demonstrating clear ROI.
- Deliver high-quality client reporting and progress presentations.
