This is a job that Scout, our AI Recruiter, is recruiting for on behalf of one of our clients. The HR Lead will be responsible for leading all aspects of human resources strategy and operations. You will build and develop the HR function, implementing policies and processes that support the company's growth objectives. You will partner with leadership to create a positive workplace culture and drive talent initiatives across the organization.
