Company Description: A fast-growing scale-up building innovative products in a rapidly evolving marke t ROLE OVERVIE W: The operations manager will build and maintain the systems, processes, and infrastructure that allow ivee to scale efficiently - from programme delivery and client onboarding to internal tooling and team coordinati on.You will work across every part of the business, identifying inefficiencies, designing better ways of working, and making sure the day-to-day runs smoothly. This is a role for someone who gets satisfaction from building things that just work - and who can see the big picture while staying on top of the deta il. KEY RESPONSIBILIT IES:Design, document, and optimise core business processes across delivery, sales, and operat ionsOwn the systems and tools that support programme delivery and client manage mentManage onboarding workflows for new clients, ensuring a smooth and consistent experi enceIdentify bottlenecks across the business and implement scalable solut ionsWork with the leadership team to set operational priorities and track prog ressSupport financial operations including forecasting, reporting, and vendor manage mentBuild and maintain dashboards that give the team clear visibility on key met ricsAct as the central point of coordination across teams and proj ects WHAT WE'RE LOOKIN G FOR3-6 years of experience in operations, chief of staff, or a similar generalist roleStrong project management skills and a track record of building scalable proc essesExperience in a startup or high-growth enviro nmentHighly organised with excellent attention to d etailComfortable with data and able to use tools like Notion, Airtable, or equiv alentStrong communicator who can work across functions and l evelsProactive problem-solver with a bias towards a ctionBachelor's degree or equivalent exper ience
