About the company
We're hiring for our client, Souk, who are building an AI‑powered B2B partnerships marketplace. In simple terms: SaaS companies use us to find and activate co‑selling partners. When those partnerships drive revenue, Souk takes a success fee. They’re backed by Fuel Ventures and Antler, already working with companies like Vanta and Deel, and we’re now getting into the interesting part – seeing full partnership cycles play out.
The role
This isn’t a “follow the playbook” SDR role. There isn’t a playbook yet! You’ll be responsible for building and running the commercial engine – from first outreach through to partner activation. That means figuring out what actually gets partners to move, not just sign. A big part of the job is leverage. You’ll be expected to use AI and automation to operate at a level that would normally require a team.
What you’ll be doing
- Running outbound to SaaS vendors and getting them onto the platform
- Owning partner activation – turning signed partners into ones that actually refer qualified leads
- Writing (and constantly improving) all outbound and activation copy – both Souk‑branded and vendor‑branded
- Using signals (calendar, intent, activity) to time outreach properly, not just spray and pray
- Building workflows and automations across HubSpot, n8n, or Make to scale your output
- Working across HubSpot, Souk’s internal platform, and third‑party data sources
- Spinning up lightweight internal tools when needed using Lolvable, Claude, Cursor, or similar AI tools
What we’re looking for
- ~1+ year as an SDR (or similar) – comfortable owning a pipeline end to end
- Experience in SaaS – you understand how this ecosystem works
- Strong copy instincts – you know what gets replies vs what gets ignored
- Proven experience building automations (not just using sequences)
- Experience with n8n, Make, or CRM workflow builders
- Clearly AI‑fluent – you’ve built or shipped something using tools like Claude, Lovable, Cursor (or equivalents)
- Comfortable in an early‑stage environment – limited structure, lots of ambiguity
- Commercially curious – you’ll have opinions on what’s broken and how to fix it
