An exciting opportunity has opened with a major UK telecoms company for a Service Delivery Coordinator to join their Glasgow-based team. In this role, you’ll oversee customer orders from point of sale through to installation, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for each client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate customer orders and installations, ensuring a high standard of service and timely communication.
• Act as the central point of contact, providing updates throughout the delivery process.
• Identify and resolve order delivery issues, collaborating cross-functionally to find solutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and quality checks on delivery performance.
• Report and escalate delivery failures while supporting continuous improvement efforts.
• Manage a high volume of customer interactions and orders with efficiency and empathy.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced, order-driven environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience in telecoms, IT or B2B service delivery is highly desirable.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
• Familiarity with technical service delivery processes and terminology (voice, cloud, data, IP) is a plus.
• Previous experience in a contact centre or logistics coordination role is advantageous.
