Senior Frontend Developer with React

We’re seeking a Senior Frontend Developer to help us maintain and enhance our React-based platform. This is a 2-month contract initially, with the potential for a permanent role depending on performance and team fit. We’re open to both full-time and freelance candidates. You will work on complex, multi-step workflows including user onboarding, profile management, and job role matching. The ideal candidate will have a passion for intuitive, high-performance applications and will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Optimise for performance and cross-browser compatibility 4+ years React and TypeScript ~ Expertise in React Router, Redux Toolkit, TailwindCSS, ShadcnUI ~ Strong testing experience with Jest and Playwright ~ Advanced TypeScript, Vite, hooks, context, responsive design ~ Hybrid: London-based, meet once weekly in person Agile, iterative approach with rapid testing Ownership from development to deployment
