A mission-driven healthtech company is looking for a Senior Brand Manager to lead and evolve their brand during an exciting growth phase. This 6-month fixed-term role is fully remote (UK-based only), offering a salary of £50,000–£60,000 and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the women’s health space.
You’ll lead campaigns, manage a small creative team, and drive awareness, trust, and engagement across all touchpoints. It’s a hands-on, cross-functional role suited to a brand strategist with DTC or purpose-led experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the brand identity across all channels, aligned with the founders’ vision
- Lead integrated brand and product campaigns across social, email, influencer, and partner channels
- Manage and mentor the Social Media Manager and Content Creator
- Oversee content calendar and creative development across platforms
- Partner with the Growth team on media planning and campaign performance
- Track performance using tools like GA4 and Triple Whale
- Collaborate on PR, press releases, and media messaging
- Support influencer and partnership strategies from outreach to analysis
- Champion consistency, creativity, and experimentation in brand delivery
Skills & Experience Required:
- 5+ years in a brand marketing role, ideally in DTC, healthtech, or purpose-led organisations
- Strong campaign and content planning experience
- Experience with organic social media strategy and analysis
- Strong leadership and project management abilities
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with creative flair and commercial mindset
- Passionate about women’s health and brand trust
- Startup experience preferred
- Salary of £50,000–£60,000 (6-month FTC)
- Fully remote (with travel to London as required)
- 33 days of paid leave (pro-rated)
- Flexible working hours and \”work from anywhere\” for one month annually
