Job Description
The client is seeking a professional and confident Receptionist/Management Assistant to manage a busy reception and provide accurate and efficient administrative support.
Role Overview:
As the first point of contact, you will offer a warm welcome to visitors and handle calls through our main switchboard. Your responsibilities will include ensuring smooth and efficient front-of-house operations, alongside assisting with general business administration and providing support with minute-taking as part of the Admin Support Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Perform general administrative duties with high accuracy.
- Support minute-taking and other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
