Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Office Operations Manager (Part-Time) to join our team for a fixed-term contract of 12 months with the possibility to extend. This role is ideal for someone returning to work and seeking a flexible working arrangement, with the opportunity to support the delivery of an exciting project.
You will work closely with the Project Manager, Marketing Manager, and Outreach Manager, and support the team to deliver key operational tasks within our growing organisation. This role will allow you to bring your administrative and operational skills to the forefront, managing partnerships, monitoring expenditure, and ensuring smooth project administration.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Partnerships and Reaching Communities:
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and efficiency.
- Support the development of partnerships with commissioners, charities, and community groups to extend our reach.
- Manage CRM and our inbox communications.
- Monitoring and Evaluation:
- Coordinate project administration and monitor the expenditure from the fund.
- Liaise with stakeholders to gather and compile data for impact reports.
- Manage the bursary fund and ensure invoices are processed through Xero.
- Monitor the performance of facilitators and manage CPD, membership, and payments.
- Sustainability:
- Offer solutions for improvement within operational processes.
- Contribute to the success of the team and help implement operational procedures to support growth.
- Keep policies and procedures up to date.
- Administer residential training and liaise with facilitators and schools for promotional events.
What We’re Looking For:
- Collaborative & Self-Motivated:
- A self-starter with strong collaboration skills and a passion for creating a supportive working environment.
- Experience in administrative or operational roles with excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills & Experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong numeracy, IT, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work with diverse stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Experience in supporting project work and operational procedures.
Required Qualifications:
- Level 3 educated or equivalent in experience.
- At least 2 years’ relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

- Benefits: 11 days paid annual leave (pro-rata), which includes 8 public holidays.
