The Role: Join a team leading the development of Developer Experience efforts within the Experience group, a crucial component in delivering solutions to technical stakeholders in SaaS businesses. We are searching for an ambitious and autonomous Product Manager with deep knowledge or experience in areas like developer tooling, APIs, developer documentation, SDKs, and technical onboarding to:
- Help achieve our strategic vision of becoming the growth platform for SaaS businesses.
- Collaborate as part of a cross-functional team (with engineers and a product designer) to achieve this vision.
As a Product Manager in this team, you are key to a successful product launch and its continuous development. You will be responsible for delivering an ambitious roadmap for your team and working continuously with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the right products are built.
What You’ll Do:
- Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key milestones and deliverables.
- Use internal and external analyses to inform the strategic direction of the product roadmap.
- Guide effective discovery of new initiatives, run agile workshops, and facilitate prioritization conversations.
- Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
- Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch.
- Collaborate with engineering and design; develop appropriate planning, prioritization, and delivery processes.
- Manage the product lifecycle, including updates and enhancements.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions and improvements.
- Communicate product strategy and progress to stakeholders.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for product launches and updates.
