Duties include:
• Developing marketing campaigns (multi-channel) that will increase brand awareness, drive lead generation and enhance the digital presence of our customers
• Using multiple social channels to achieve overall business results (e.g. LinkedIn, Email, Youtube, X, Instagram)
• Developing innovative and fresh content to make campaigns unique
• Creating Social Posts that demonstrate true understanding of the subject and the value our customer brings to their audience
• Creating engaging social images for posts
• Creating innovative video to accompany social posts
• Ability to create and manage digital adverts (google ads, linkedin, Youtube)
• Ability to use multiple ‘marketing automation’ platforms to deliver campaigns
The Person:
• Minimum 4 years’ relevant marketing experience
• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• Demonstrable Digital Marketing experience
• Ability to show results from previous Campaigns
• Creative flair when delivering digital content
• Excellent project management skills with clear ability to prioritise tasks and deliver what matters
• Ability to work well under pressure. This is a fast paced, high activity role with demands and priorities changing daily. Demonstrate examples of where you have done this before
• Proven Time Management skills – Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple activities, ensuring the highest levels of quality and consistency at all times
Role Requirements
• 37.5 hours per week (negotiable!!)
Holidays – 21 Days increasing with length of service + 10 Stat Days + Birthday off
Pension – NEST (Employee 5%, Employer 3%)
Hybrid Working
25% Net Profit shared across staff 2 x times per year (July/Jan) – Pro Rata % salary based on being employee the full 6 months.
