This is a unique 12-month secondment opportunity for a Finance Manager – Commercialisation, to support the productisation and cost attribution of Business services. This high-impact role works at the centre of Vodafone’s evolving Group structure, engaging across Finance, Strategy, Product, and Commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own cost attribution for VB Carrier, VBI, and VB Directorate cost bases into a newly defined service catalogue.
- Collaborate with cost controllers and the INCA team to implement automated financial reporting solutions.
- Define billing mechanics and pricing constructs aligned to commercial models for services offered to internal markets, JVs, and divested entities.
- Support benchmarking efforts and help identify efficiencies and synergies across service lines.
- Engage stakeholders across finance, commercial and strategic functions to ensure smooth implementation and comparability of new models.
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 5+ years post-qualification experience.
- Proven background in cost control and budget management.
- Strong financial planning and analysis capabilities, including advanced Excel and SAP experience.
- Effective communicator, able to build trust and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments.
