The client is not just another player in the AI space – they are the architects of the human data infrastructure that’s reshaping the landscape of AI development. In a world where foundational AI technologies are increasingly commoditized, it’s the quality and diversity of human-generated data that truly differentiates products and models.
The client is looking for a strategic and execution-focused Growth Marketing Manager to own demand generation across a tightly defined set of high-value accounts. You’ll drive pipeline growth and brand engagement with frontier AI model creators and leading AI application developers, using a high-impact account-based marketing (ABM) approach. As an individual contributor, you’ll work closely with others in the growth marketing team, which includes a demand generation events manager and a lifecycle marketer, to plan and execute coordinated campaigns and partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Content to align efforts across the funnel.
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
- Proven experience in B2B demand generation and ABM, ideally in the AI, SaaS or developer tools space.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills — you keep stakeholders informed, bring others along with clear rationale, and document insights and performance clearly.
- Comfortable setting up experiment frameworks, executing on them and regularly sharing experiment results, learnings, and campaign performance to inform broader team strategy.
- A strong grasp of growth levers across paid media, intent data, outbound orchestration and on-site conversion optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to build integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness and pipeline within strategic accounts.
- A data-driven mindset — comfortable owning performance metrics like MQLs, SALs, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
- Excellent collaboration skills — able to partner with sales and cross-functional marketing teams to deliver coordinated, customer-centric experiences.
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where experimentation and iteration are key.
What You’ll Be Doing in the Role:
- Develop and execute ABM plans targeting leading AI labs, large enterprises, and innovative startups, with measurable impact on pipeline.
- Design and optimize campaigns across customer touchpoints—tailoring messaging and content to key use cases, personas, and buying stages.
- Own the strategic account list with Sales and Revenue Operations, defining target segments and priority accounts.
- Coordinate with the events manager to embed field marketing and hosted experiences into your demand playbook.
- Collaborate with the lifecycle marketer to build effective nurture journeys and accelerate hand raisers through the funnel.
- Test and scale new demand tactics using insights from intent platforms, enrichment tools, and campaign analytics.
- Communicate progress clearly and frequently with internal stakeholders — including weekly updates on campaign performance, test results, and actionable learnings.
- Track performance, report on KPIs, and iterate campaigns based on data and feedback.
Why the Client is a Great Place to Work:
The client has built a unique platform that connects researchers and companies with a global pool of participants, enabling the collection of high-quality, ethically sourced human behavioral data and feedback. This data is the cornerstone of developing more accurate, nuanced, and aligned AI systems. They believe that the next leap in AI capabilities won’t come solely from scaling existing models but from integrating diverse human perspectives and behaviors into AI development. By providing this crucial human data infrastructure, the client is positioning itself at the forefront of the next wave of AI innovation—one that reflects the breadth and the best of humanity. Working for them will place you at the forefront of AI innovation, providing access to their unique human data platform and opportunities for groundbreaking research. Join them to enjoy a competitive salary, benefits, and remote working within their impactful, mission-driven culture.
