A global leader in technology communications is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead the development of data products, insights, and reporting capabilities across key commercial units. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to shape the future of a data-driven business by translating business needs into actionable data strategies and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead stakeholder relationships across Product, Marketing, Trading, and Finance to define business requirements and translate them into data product roadmaps.
- Serve as Product Owner in Agile delivery, aligning priorities across business and technical teams.
- Oversee delivery of end-to-end data solutions, from architecture and data modelling to testing and implementation.
- Ensure consistency and quality in delivery across onshore and offshore teams.
- Apply strategic thinking to align D&A squad activities with long-term business outcomes.
- Use tools such as MicroStrategy, Teradata, Qlik, GCP, SQL, and Oracle to manage reporting and analytics environments.
- Experienced in managing stakeholder expectations and communicating data models to non-technical teams.
- Background in business intelligence, data warehousing, and large-scale analytics delivery.
- Proven ability to balance commercial needs with technical feasibility.
- Confident in Agile methodologies and Product Owner responsibilities.
- Skilled in BI platforms, SQL, and data architecture design.
- Strong leadership, people management, and project coordination skills.
