One of the UK’s leading banks is looking for a Content Designer to help shape the customer experience across their flagship mobile apps. You will be part of a collaborative, purpose-led team creating clear, accessible content for millions of users, especially within their “Goals and Planning” propositions.
Key Responsibilities:- Create intuitive, empathetic content for iOS and Android banking apps.
- Write and refine content for new features that support customers' financial aspirations.
- Work in Figma and Figjam as part of a multidisciplinary squad alongside UX, product, and engineering.
- Take part in usability testing, stakeholder presentations, and design critiques.
- Help ensure content across customer journeys is consistent, accessible, and engaging.
- Contribute to the team’s bold, positive and inclusive culture.
- Experience designing content for mobile apps, ideally within finance or another regulated industry.
- Skilled in content creation, UX writing, and language testing.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for clarity, usability, and accessibility.
