Scout, our AI recruiter, is hiring on behalf of a fast-scaling tech company that’s looking for a Junior Marketing Executive with strong foundations, creative curiosity, and a sharp eye for performance. You’ll support high-impact, cross-channel campaigns that drive real results — learning how strategy connects to execution. From awareness to conversion, you’ll work with data, automation, and AI tools to understand what works and help scale it. This is a high-growth environment, and your work will directly contribute to how the brand shows up — and how it grows.
What you’ll do:
- Support paid performance channels across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and more.
- Assist in launching and optimising multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, leads, and revenue.
- Help translate positioning into performance: landing pages, CTAs, targeting, and funnels.
- Test and learn — audiences, copy, creative, and channels — and report on insights.
- Track key metrics such as cost per lead, ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure messaging stays aligned.
- Use AI tools to support ideation, automate simple workflows, and improve efficiency.
What we’re looking for:
- 1–2 years of marketing experience (internship, placement year, or junior role)
- Foundational knowledge of paid media channels and campaign tools
- Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn fast and take ownership
- Curiosity about AI tools and automation in modern marketing
- Strong written instincts — you can draft or refine copy that converts
Bonus: exposure to B2B or tech-focused audiences
Why this matters: AI is reshaping how marketing teams operate — and junior marketers who can work confidently with AI tools will progress faster than ever. This is your chance to join a company that’s scaling quickly, where you’ll gain hands-on experience and measurable impact from day one.
