The Financial Accountant will play a key role in managing financial reporting, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You’ll work closely with finance leadership and other teams across the business to support month-end reporting, analyse financial performance, and improve financial processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, maintaining accuracy, and supporting strategic financial decisions in a growing company.
Key responsibilities:- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes
- Maintain accurate financial records and reconciliations
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
- Support audits and provide required financial documentation
- Analyse financial performance and highlight key insights to leadership
- Help improve financial systems and processes where needed
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles
- Experience with accounting software and financial systems
