Role overview: The HR Executive will support the day-to-day running of the HR function, helping ensure employees have a positive experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and leadership to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, improving processes, and helping build strong company culture in a growing organisation.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth joining experience.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support HR processes including performance reviews, employee engagement initiatives, and internal communications.
- Help implement HR policies and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Respond to employee HR queries and provide administrative support.

What we’re looking for:
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, people operations, or a similar role.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills and a people-focused mindset.
