Role overview: The GTM Manager will lead the execution of the company’s go-to-market strategy, driving demand generation, pipeline growth, and new customer acquisition. You will work across marketing, sales, and product teams to identify target markets, test acquisition channels, and launch campaigns that convert interest into revenue. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys building systems, running experiments, and scaling what works. The role combines strategy and execution, from defining ICPs and messaging to launching campaigns and analysing performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company’s go-to-market strategy for new products or market segments
- Define target customer profiles and identify high-value market opportunities
- Build and optimise acquisition channels including outbound, partnerships, and growth campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to generate and convert qualified pipeline
- Launch and test messaging, campaigns, and outreach strategies to improve conversion
- Analyse performance metrics across the funnel and iterate on GTM strategies
- Build scalable processes for lead generation, qualification, and pipeline management
- Provide market insights and customer feedback to product and leadership teams
What we’re looking for:
- 3–6 years of experience in go-to-market, growth, marketing, or revenue roles
- Strong understanding of demand generation, sales funnels, and pipeline growth
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with experience using CRM and analytics tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Ability to run experiments and quickly iterate based on data
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
