With four dealerships in Farnborough, Croydon, Heathrow, and Reading, we provide comprehensive sales and aftersales support, including servicing, repairs, and maintenance for all makes of HGVs, passenger vehicles, and vans. At IVECO Retail, we strive to exceed customer expectations with convenient, local access to a one-stop-shop for commercial vehicle needs.
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, generating new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include presenting vehicle options to prospective customers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process. The role also involves market research to understand customer needs and industry trends, as well as collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales skills, including negotiation, relationship building, and customer service expertise
- Experience in market research, sales analysis, and presenting tailored solutions
